We most often solve foundation issues by using slabjacking and piering/hydraulic jacking. Slabjacking is used for smaller, uneven pieces such as residential slabs, sidewalks, and pool decks. To slabjack, we pump grout through small, strategically-placed holes to lift the concrete up into its original place. Piering is used for larger problems, such as commercial building and in-home foundation shifting.
